Every morning before the store opens, we are making fresh gluten free waffle cones for our raving fans. When our doors open at 12pm each day, people walk in and always say, “What is that amazing smell?” The answer: Our delicious, made-from-scratch waffle cones toasting on the irons to a golden brown perfection. It is very hard to avoid ordering a waffle cone when you can smell them being made fresh!

At Revival Ice Cream, we are very proud to make our cones fresh daily with ingredients you can feel great about eating. They are vegan and gluten free. We use certified gluten free organic oat flour, flax seeds, and psyllium husk.

Flax seed is rich in protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. This superfood also gives a hint of a nutty flavor. Did you know psyllium husk and flax seeds are good for digestive health? Psyllium husk is a prebiotic which can help feed the good bacteria in your gut. This helps you stay healthy and boosts your immune system!

There are no synthetic ingredients in our waffles cones. We also don’t use any soy or GMOs. If you come to the store and see us making cones in the corner, watch for the steam rising out of the sides of the irons.

And then notice how they are hand rolled or shaped into a bowl. A lot of our fans enjoy waffle cone bowls because it is like having a crispy taco salad shell bowl that can turn into waffle cone nachos to dip into your ice cream. Anyone else following me with this nacho comparison?!
